My hearing exam at Taylor Hearing Center was a very comfortable and educational experience. The hearing tech was professional and obviously well trained. Randi took me through each step stress free, explaining the process completely and answering all my questions as we went along. There was never any pain or discomfort.
At the end I was fit with a device perfect for my needs at a price far below what I had been quoted at other hearing centers in the area. I went home knowing how the experience of "learn to hear again" would progress. Then, operating and clean/adjusting the device was carefully explained and demonstrated in a way that made me feel confident. If you have experienced hearing difficulty, don't put off dealing with it any longer. I did and it was unnecessary. Had I known how quickly and inexpensively my problem could have been relieved, I would have come to Taylor Center years ago. I am totally satisfied with my results.
In my mind, my hearing aids are only as good as the service I get from my provider. I credit my decision to buy to the knowledge, skill in presentation, and understanding of the product to Moriah. She answered all my questions, demonstrated the value to me and satisfied my anxiety. I'll never go back to the hushed version of the world I had before. I don't want to be in a universe of muffled sounds. Life is full of sounds and I don't want to miss any of it.

I want to give a special thank you to Randy Fore, for his professionalism in fitting and adjusting my hearing aids. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the day of my test, to the fitting of my aids. Kudos for a job well done.
I have been wearing hearing aids for almost thirty years. This new Audibel A4 Platinum is the best I have ever worn! The fit was great right from the start. Dr. Matt Taylor and his staff in Mountain Home are always helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. I even think of them as family rather than a business. I know that I will never go any place else.
I want to thank all of the staff at Taylor Hearing Centers for taking a genuine interest in my hearing problems. After having several negative experiences, when purchasing other hearing aids, it is refreshing to receive such dedication in solving my hearing problems and servicing the hearing aids after the point of sale.

I went to Long Beach, California in June of this year, 2015 to visit our youngest son and his family. While I was there, one evening, our son Don Sappington 2 and I were in the kitchen preparing dinner.He was giving me instructions and we were talking. Don was getting a little stressed out because he wasn't used to having me hearing. Before, every time we were doing something like this, he would have to come and stand right in front of me so I could read his lips while he was talking to me. This time, I could understand him when he was standing beside me or behind me. For him, this was really weird. When we were all through with the dinner preparations, Don asked me who my hearing doctor was. I told him it was Matt Taylor in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Don gave me a big hug and said, "I think he's wonderful for helping my mother to hear." I think he's pretty wonderful myself.
For years I have been ignoring the fact that I have a hearing loss. I am a very confident person, and I began to lose confidence especially at work, I felt I was not able to provide good patient care; I simply was unable to hear my patients. I went home everyday crying. I have a very dear patient to me that said, the thing he appreciated the most about me was that I always listened to him….however I wasn’t hearing anything he said, and that just broke my heart.
I begrudgingly made an appointment and came in with a huge chip on my shoulder, I felt like I’m 60 years old, I’m falling apart and now I can’t hear? I’m really not that old, I can’t possibly need hearing aids? The receptionist just rolled with me and made me feel very comfortable….Matt Taylor came out to greet me, he was so non-confrontational, gracious, made me feel right at home. Matt’s sharp wit and manner made me feel at ease and he was very encouraging, Matt explained my hearing loss…how not hearing consonants has made my brain actually stop responding to sound and he told me in detail that I’m just as intelligent as ever but I need to help my brain learn to hear again, and how my hearing loss was effecting different area’s of my lifestyle. Makes me cry every time I think about it;Taylor Hearing Centers has changed my life. I went home, said to my husband….can I have hearing aids? He said “Absolutely!” and he wrote out the check. Taylor Hearing Centers ordered my hearing aids and had them dispensed to me in less than a week, I was shocked at the quick turnaround, this process was so seamless, unlike anything I had preconceived it would be like.
When I got the aids…I was amazed they were programmed specifically to my hearing loss, I couldn’t believe the difference. That first day, my radio is normally set on 22 or higher; I was able to have it set on 10 and hear it more clearly than I have heard it in years. I was able to hear conversations going on around me in a busy store. I tell everyone about Taylor Hearing Centers, and with it I say, “Did you notice I don’t say HUH? anymore?”
When I came in for my 1 week check up, I cried and hugged Matt and thanked him for changing my life. My sweet husband has been wearing ear plugs for years to watch TV, I had NO idea how my hearing loss effected him. After day one of my hearing aids, he threw away his ear plugs and now we are able to watch television together. Something so simple but what a huge difference it has made in my life.
I adapted so quickly and easily to my hearing aids that the only time I take them out is to go to bed, they are a part of me, I forget all about them, I even dunked my head under water and panicked, no worries for Taylor Hearing Centers I took them right in and they put them in a dry aid chamber and there was no problem or issues they took care of me immediately.

The service I have received at Taylor Hearing Center in Monticello, Arkansas, is the best I have enjoyed in all my experiences with hearing centers. I have worn a hearing aid for nearly fifty years, and I have dealt with several hearing centers in that time span. Mr. and Mrs. Ethridge have gone the extra mile in taking care of my needs in the areas of the purchase of new hearing aids, making a mold that was comfortable for me to wear, and in the maintenance of the hearing aids. I recommend them to anyone needing hearing care.
When my hearing started going bad, I was told to go to and ENT specialist, they recommend getting a hearing aid so I received my first hearing aid that set me back enough money to buy a good used car!
Problems were apparent when I noticed that I still could not distinguish voices. They did some adjustments which did not improve my hearing at all, then I had a problem with a wire which cost me $200 to fix even though the one year warranty had just run out, I just gave up until a friend of mine recommend Taylor Hearing Centers.
So I decided to give them a try. On walking in the door a lady named Kelli told me of all the benefits they provided along with a three year warranty.
Then Mr. Randy Fore fit me with some super quality hearing aids and set up a couple of weekly appointments to make sure that all the sound tones were pleasing to my ears.
This company I highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality product, super service and a friendly atmosphere, all of the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful; I would rate the service and quality a four star.
From the moment I first walked into Taylor Hearing Centers, I felt comfortable and relaxed. It was like visiting a friend’s home. The setting is a living room complete with fireplace and cozy furniture. The staff is so friendly; immediately after introductions, everyone is on a first name basis. Stress didn’t creep into my experience with Taylor Hearing Centers until I discovered that my treasured Audibel hearing aids had accidentally been left in a pocket and gone through a complete wash cycle. Even that was covered in the original purchase price. Whew!
As to competency and professionalism, the staff Jennifer and Jason at Taylor Hearing Centers is unsurpassed somehow they also manage to take time with each person and make everyone feel very special. My overall experience with Taylor Hearing Centers has been a completely positive one. My Blue Cross Insurance even covered a sizable portion of the cost. I would just like to say that Taylor Hearing Centers in Heber Springs is a great place for me to go to have my hearing tested. Jason and Jennifer were very professional and helpful in helping me to find the right hearing aids so I can enjoy my retirement and family. I can hear so much better than I could before I went to see the great people at Taylor Hearing Centers in Heber Springs. I would recommend Taylor Hearing Centers in any location because I now that you will get the same great service and professionalism in any of the location like I did in Heber Springs.
I am over 80 years and had became very with drawn and quite. Then my daughter took me to Taylor Hearing & Balance Centers. I spoke with "Randy" and purchased my Audibel Hearing Aids and I entered a whole new world. Now I enjoy watching TV and my Red Hat Group of ladies and most of all my children's conversations. Oh why did I wait so long!
I have had several hearing aids over the period of several years, purchased from Taylor Hearing Centers. They all certainly worked to improve my hearing but I was never really satisfied due to having difficulty hearing in a crowd or watching TV
I recently bought Range (custom) hearing aids with an antenna built in and a remote to turn the hearing aid volume up or down and also to reduce the outside noise in a crowd. The unit comes with Surf link Media system, a unit that you easily connect to the out volume of your TV. The unit sends a signal (streaming) to your hearing aids to help you hear the TV.
These hearing aids are by far the best I have ever had and I highly recommend them. I finally am satisfied and really happy to hear much better than all of the hearing aids I had bought in the past.
I never thought that I would enjoy wearing hearing aids! But, these new A2 Platinum RIC's are such an improvement from
the LX700's and especially the in the ear that I purchased from another company. The A2's have made my life more enjoyable.
And the service that I receive from you is unmatched.
I am so happy with my hearing aids, Taylor Hearing Center could not run fast enough to give me my money back and take my hearing aids away.
I have worn hearing aids since I was 4 years old. I have tried many kinds. My Audibel a3i are the best yet!! The option to connect via Bluetooth to my cell phone is a tremendous help. The numerous other settings are great as well.

All phrases I used often around the office and at home. My hearing was just simply getting worse; I could/would not admit it... Finally, one night I missed maybe half of a good movie because I could not hear the dialogue, I decided something must be done...
The next morning I called Taylor Hearing Centers and got an appointment. After looking at a few devices I decided on the newer model that would interface with my iPhone. This device allows me to make adjustments via my iPhone, "find my hearing aid" should I lose it, and save areas where I need to make further adjustments for the environment. The built in GPS will remember the location where the adjustment were made and recall those changes for me!
I can also select the option to hear incoming phone calls or music from my iPhone via my new hearing aids!
All in all, the new device is a welcome addition to my lifestyle and I heartily recommend Taylor Hearing Centers for your hearing needs.
Just wanted to let you know that the SoundGear noise suppression ear plugs really work. The blast from a 12 gauge shot gun or 300 cal mag is nearly a puff as opposed to the a roar. Thanks again.

You are not only the best audiologist we have ever been to, you are also the most caring and compassionate! The way you treated my 89 year old mother a couple years ago when I brought her in to see you for help with her hearing aids was exemplary! So, of course, I made up my mind that you were the audiologist for me!
After having moved to Mountain Home after my husband and I retired, I was amazed at the difference in service and in thoughtfulness for your patients compared to my prior experiences with audiologists and all types of health-related medical personnel. You take the time to explain everything in detail and answer questions with patience and clarity. I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you make sure I completely understand every aspect of my hearing loss and my hearing instruments.

When I first noticed my hearing slipping I chose to ignore it; but a speech therapist friend told me, “Use it or lose it!” She went on to say that sounds unheard left blank spaces in the brain linking to alzheimer’s;
I quickly decided to get hearing aids.
One of the first sounds I heart took me back to my childhood; a man jiggled money/change in his pocket just like my grandfather used to.
